Hydroponic Fodder Grass System can be produced in great numbers within 7 days from seed to grass for all livestock & even quicker with Co2 added. Various varieties of grass fodder include, but are not limited to, barley, oat grass, lucerne grass, rye grass or whatever grass one wishes to grow in ones country.

• 7-day cycle lets you produce nutrient-rich fodder daily for just pennies a pound.

• Water-saving nutrient film technique watering regimen eliminates the need for overhead watering and reduces humidity levels that
may promote fungus and mold growth.

• UV-stabilized, NSF-quality PVC growing channels are supported by galvanized framing.

• Connect multiple systems to achieve higher yields of 500, 1,000 or 2,000 lbs. of fodder per day with our Multi-Unit Adapter Kit.

Micro green is the shoot of a vegetable plant that is picked just after the first few true leaves have developed. The Automatic hydroponics micro green grow system tray is designed to allow for more sunlight to reach between each level. There is even enough space to add artificial lighting above each level.

For Seedling nursery

Good baby plants can give you good harvest. The G&N tray is great for seedling germination which is designed with a drainage end cap, to keep the seeds in good condition. We can also offer matching seedling trays, grow medias for farming seedling nursery.

For fodder grass growing

Production Cycle for the Big Farm Livestock Grass Growing Hydroponic Fodder Machine :

1)Day 1: Pre-soaked swollen grains evenly spreading in the plastic tray, trays stacked on shelves. 2)Day 2: Seeds have begun to sprout roots and head after being soaked for 24 hours before planting. 3)Day 4: Tremendous growth in root bed occurs before growth of shoots/ heads. Healthy root beds will create a mass that resembles that of a tight knit carpet lifting the seed and shoot from the tray. 4)Day 6: Root bed is almost fully developed and growth transfers to shoots that have grown to 1″-2″ in overall height. 5)Day 7: Feeding Day – Growth so fast you can nearly see it! Fully developed shoots and root bed ready for feeding. Healthy root beds are hard to separate and shoots are 8″-10″ in overall height. From simple seed and water comes healthy natural feed with no fertilizer and hormones added.
